What is QuiAri About?

QuiAri is a network marketing company with products categorized under nutritional supplement. According to them the uniqueness of their products lies in a superfruit discovered in the pristine Patagonian region of Chile. This superfruit, Maqui is claimed to deliver 5X antioxidant power than any fruit in this world. 

It is with this potential in Maqui that they have supercharged through clinical studies and packaged into QuiAri Shakes and QuiAri Energy supplement to provide the health needs of your body. In their words, it’s a revolution in the health and wellness industry and thus a business opportunity for others. 

QuiAri, pronounced “key-R-ee” is a US-based company which is spearheaded by founder and CEO, Bob Reina. Bob Reina is also a founder and CEO of Talk Fusion (founded in 2007) which faced a lawsuit filed by a former associate, Dennis Gray who claimed to have been deceived by the Talk Fusion’s misleading business opportunity. 

Surprisingly, Talk Fusion is not part of the Bob Reina’s bio on QuiAri website although it’s still in operation. Will QuiAri here be as they claim or just another sister of Talk Fusion hype? 

How Can You Benefit From QuiAri?

As a nutritional supplement MLM niche in the health and wellness industry, QuiAri promises to deliver not only health benefits but an income opportunity. If you’re looking forward to their products, below are the health benefits they promise;

In addition to that, QuiAri provides you with the opportunity to make money as a promoter of their products through multilevel marketing.  

How Do You Make Money As QuiAri Promoter?

You need to be recognized first as a promoter by paying for an annual fee of $25 which comes with self-replicating website, back office, mobile app and eligibility for other bonuses. QuiAri provides you with two major ways to make money from their business opportunity which is common to most MLMs;

Personal/Direct Purchase

As a promoter, you’re entitled to retail QuiAri products to customers where you earn commissions from your sales. Mathematically, how you earn is as follows; 

Your commission = Retail price – Promoter discounted price

This implies that you make more money when you sell more products. In reality, you can’t make much with this option which takes me to the other one. 

Recruitment/ Multilevel Marketing

This is where most network marketing opportunities earn you a significant amount of money. You have to sign up more customers and prospects to build a team of promoters. You need to possess good leadership skill to climb this ladder. 

However, you would have to start from the bottom of a binary tree to build your way up to the top which is not achieved overnight. 

QuiAri Product Packages

Depending on the option you choose to join on QuiAri, you’re offered product packages to save you a few bucks. As a customer on QuiAri, you’re not required to pay for an annual fee. Below is the package you can purchase as a customer;

If you’re getting started as a promoter, QuiAri encourages you to  purchase the following packages which come with different sales volume (SV);

Apart from the few savings you make with some of the packages, the sales volume helps you to make bonuses which are covered next in the compensation plan.

Bonuses and Compensation Plan of QuiAri

All the bonuses under this section go to promoters who have paid the annual fee to QuiAri, Some of these bonuses are related with direct sales of products to customers while others are rewarded from your team of promoters that you build. 

Bonuses Based on Product Sales

#1. Refer 3 Customers and Get FREE Products

QuiAri rewards you with an unnamed quantity of products when you sign up 3 customers through your personalized website. The qualification for this bonus is that you and the customers should be on auto-delivery and each of them should purchase a product of 50SV. 

50 SV of product is equivalent to 2 QuiAri shakes or Energy or a kickstart combo pack. 

#2. Fast Start Bonuses

They’re bonuses rewarded to you 5 minutes after a sale with Same Day Pay on purchase of any of the product packages. The bonus is 20% of any of the product packages you sell. For example, a kick start combo package will earn you $25. 

Bonuses Based on Binary Team Building

#3. Team Commissions

QuiAri works on a binary leg scheme in generating team commissions. This means you should have at least 2 promoters, one on your left and the other on your right to be rewarded this commission.  

Group sales volume (GSV) made by your downlines through customer product sales and personal sales determines your team commission. For a 200 GSV on both legs, you earn $20 and it gets better as your team grows in sales volume. You’re to note that team commissions are capped at $50,000 per week in income.

In this type of scheme, only the one at the top gets to enjoy the bigger bonuses and it’s always like the downlines work for the uplines to enjoy the fat commissions. This turns a lot of people off and it’s one of the reasons why I switched to Affiliate Marketing. However, you need to be active before you can enjoy this commission.

#4. Matching Bonus

You’re rewarded this bonus from the team commissions of your direct downlines. The percentage you make depends on the rank of your directly sponsored promoters and you should be active before you become eligible. 

#5. Speed Bonus

You make this bonus when your personally sponsored customers and promoters make total sales volume of 1000 in your first 14 days. The commission is evaluated on the 15th day and paid to you 10 days after.

To qualify for this bonus, you and your sponsored customers and promoters should be on auto-delivery with a minimum PSV of 50. This makes you $1,000 which is explained in the figure below;

#6. Lifestyle Bonus

The bonus under this category is paid to promoters in the rank 50K and above. For ranks 50K-100K, you’re rewarded on the 15th day of the month when you qualify on the first day of that month while ranks 150K-500K earn this commission based on the previous 2-month evaluation.

QuiAri has 10 ranks in all whereby you earn commisions based on your team effort and product sold. The higher you advance in ranks, the more commissions you rake into your account but you must meet certain qualifications before. Check it out below;

Products

Unlike Qnet and Acti-Labs, QuiAri provides only two main products: QuiAri Shakes and QuiAri Energy Supplements. These products are claimed to contain the supercharged antioxidant power of the extraordinary maqui berry carved into the MaquiX. 

QuiAri Shakes 

It comes in two flavours – vanilla and chocolate. The blend of ingredients that goes into the shakes is claimed to curb cravings throughout the day and also helps you to avoid unhealthy snacks. In summary the shakes; 

• Supports healthy weight loss
• Helps suppress appetite
• Supports healthy ageing
• Helps maintain a healthy inflammatory response
• Promotes healthy blood sugar levels
• Supports a healthy cardiovascular system
• Supports ocular (eye) health

According to their website, for one to have good results, you’re encouraged to take it with the QuiAri energy supplement. 

QuiAri Energy

Blended with maqui berry into tablets are green tea extract and green coffee bean extract which is intended to provide you with the energy needed for your daily work. You might want to refrain from taking this product if you’re sensitive to caffeine. 

According to QuiAri, the magic behind this product is the maqui berry superfruit which has been supercharged with their MaquiX technology. You take 1 tablet twice daily to get the energy boost in addition to these benefits;

• Helps increase focus and clarity
• Helps reduce sugar cravings

A direct selling company with only two products sense to me as a recruitment minded business.  Anyway, let’s look at a few good things I’ve spotted about QuiAri. 

The Good About QuiAri 

Good #1: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

QuiAri making this offer to customers/promoters implies that they’re confident in their products. This is a huge risk for a new and upcoming company but a nice bait for the business owner to earn customers’ trust. What this means is that if you buy their products and it doesn’t deliver results as claimed, you can return it for your money within 30 days. 

According to their policies and procedures, opened, partially used, or otherwise damaged products will be issued fifty percent (50%) of the original purchase price when refund is requested whiles resaleable products will be one-hundred percent (100%) 

However, you have to approach with caution since there’s no report on whether this works. It’s one thing offering a money-back guarantee and another thing honouring it.  

Good #2: The Maqui Berry Is an Outstanding Superfruit and Not A Hype

So I did the background check to verify the hype rallied behind the Maqui, the extraordinary berry among the superfruits and it happens that what QuiAri says about it is true. I discovered that several studies have been done on it and Dr. Juan Hancke pops up all the time as one of the key researchers.

Indeed Maqui berry is found to contain antioxidants incomparable to other super berries. Research done at Universidad Austral de Chile proved that Maqui has exceptional properties and has also been used traditionally to treat cancer and tumour.

From the research the following benefits were attributed to Maqui berry;

• Anti‐inflammatory
• Natural COX‐2 Inhibitor
• Protect cells from oxidative stress
• Fight free radicals
• Anti-ageing
• Cardiovascular health

To set the record straight, the Maqui berry was compared with other superfruits and the following results were obtained.

This goes to confirm that Maqui berry is an extraordinary superfruit with high levels of Anthocyanins and polyphenols needed by the body for healthy living. The ORAC test is a measure of food’s antioxidant ability to neutralize free radicals and potentially mitigate health imbalances.

Coming from a Chemical Engineering background, I’m convinced that Maqui berry has great value.

Red Flags Revealed – Is It Worth Partnering With QuiAri?

Redflag #1: Benefit Claims Have Not Been Evaluated By The Food and Drug Administration

Upon all the hype and noise about the new superfruit discovery, the benefits outlined on QuiAri’s products have not been confirmed by the food and drug administration. This means until these claims are evaluated and confirmed as the truth with no health complications, you wouldn’t be wrong to take their words with a grain of salt.

However, they’re GMP certified so it will be too early to say they’re as good as an empty barrel for a new company which is yet to be launched. It’s therefore relevant for you to note where they stand in terms of food and drug administration evaluation. Personally, it’s something I wouldn’t overlook for a health and wellness industry.

Redflag #2: No Statistical Data Is Available For Income Disclosure

Although QuiAri is starting well by being transparent in providing an income disclosure statement to the general public there’s virtually nothing there at the moment. They’re now coming to the market and has no data on how much promoters are earning. 

This means that you can’t be guaranteed of success with the income opportunity of QuiAri. Already, over 99% of people lose their money in MLM business and QuiAri being new in the system with no income disclosure suggest that you stand at a higher risk of losing money. 

But who knows, maybe you might be one of the top earners if you join their boat early but if you’re sceptical as I would in your position, then you’ll be safer checking out this recommendation. 

My Conclusion…Is QuiAri a Scam or legit?

QuiAri is a new company which was recently launched into the MLM stream so it can’t be tagged legit as there is not much information to back it. However, it will also be harsh to conclude that it’s a scam since they just officially hit the road. The founder seems to have a positive profile on the internet but that doesn’t mean it will deliver results. Let’s analyze it this way to help you make a decision…..

As a direct selling industry, their compensation plan should promote more of product selling to be in line with FTC guidelines. Interestingly, apart from the fact that they have only two products, the commissions on direct selling are only two: #1 and #2, which the former appears to get you hooked to their products.

Although QuiAri emphasizes that it’s optional for promoters to purchase products which are encouraged by FTC but it’s just a deception because you need a minimum PSV before you can enjoy some team commissions.   

Research shows that over 99% of people fail in MLMs and most lose their money through the pyramid scheme nature of the business and since QuiAri has no comprehensive statistical data on income disclosure, you have no assurance of success with their system. 

Apart from that, you can’t make any significant money with direct sales…most huge successes in MLMs have been in recruitment. And if you can’t do the following as I couldn’t keep up with it myself when I joined MLMs, then I would recommend you to stay away…

• Chasing people here and there to sell them products just to make profits
• Having to buy products every month to meet the requirement for commissions, which forces you to cough up the money for it all the time even when you don’t have. But you need it to qualify for bonuses…that has always been the bait.
• Organizing meetings regularly for your downlines and having to call at least 20 people a day…you’re mostly on the phone 
• The possibility of losing the company of friends and families because they’ll finally hate to always hear your sales pitch

But there is a better option which I found to make money online where…..

• People rather come to me without approaching them
• No need for making calls and losing any friend or family because of it.
• You don’t have to own or buy any product or build any pyramid scheme to make a full-time income
